The present study identified that none of the elephantiasis cases presented with symptoms of hydrocele, the main clinical manifestation of FL. On the other hand, 19 had done so. 7 hydrocele, lymphedema in southwest Ethiopia, Gambella region, hydrocele. 5 lymphedemas were reported in Kenya, 20
