Good QOC quality of care is linked to high recovery rates, fewer errors, and better outcomes overall. The perception of NP nursing among nurses has many social and professional implications, and it is important to understand the implications regarding their QOC. The aim of the study was to examine whether it exists. In exploring creative thoughts in relation to how nurses express their daily nursing experiences, three themes emerged: a Life as greater than a human being, b creative powers attributed to the human being. and c understand life as fundamentally good. 4.1. Life is bigger than a human being. The interests and responsibilities of nursing as a distinct discipline within a group of disciplines are necessarily different from, although related to, those of other related disciplines. Social work, medicine, physiotherapy and nursing, for example, are linked by their concern for the health and well-being of people through health. For example, the “team nursing” model of care Dickerson amp Latina, 2017 and the “team nursing” model of care “leader” model of care Bender et al. 2019 are well-described models of nursing that elucidate specific organizations of competent nursing practice, rather than explanatory theories of health and/or nursing per se.
