Three of these studies were carried out in rugby sevens, 50 studies 127- in rugby league 17 in rugby union 17, one did not report the rugby code 17 studies used an international cohort of 'elite, 127- one study used a university and one used both professionals and amateurs. Two additional studies explored the relationship between individual caffeine ingestion and sleep quality of rugby athletes 32,33, showing a negative 33 and neutral 32 impact. The results of this study revealed five main processes of resilience of team, based on a case study of a Rugby World Cup winning team. Psychosocial processes included: transformational leadership, shared team leadership, team learning, social identity, and positive emotions. The underlying processes identified in this study.
